Ondrej Fryc

Ondrej graduated from Prague University of Economics (Informatics/Psychology). In 1996-7 he worked as a project manager of feasibility studies for the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Subsequently he founded a market research agency. In 2000 he became a founder of NRH, sold his stake in his previous company and has been fully focusing on NRH development and growth since that time. He is also Chairman of the Board of APEK (Association of CZ e-commerce) and a member of the Supervisory Board of CZ.NIC (.cz tld registry). He has twice been a finalist in Ernst&Young´s "Entrepreneur of the Year" and was also elected as the 2007 Best Entrepreneur in Prague.
Ondrej is married and has three children. He speaks fluent English and Russian.

Eduard Mika

After graduating from the Faculty of Management at the Prague University of Economics in 1982, he worked for PVT in various technology-oriented positions and eventually become head of the System Software Department. In 1990 he founded with 3 former colleagues APP Group which evolved under his management into the largest independent IT services provider in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with more than 450 employees and CZK 1 billion of net revenues. He sold his stake in 2002 prior to an acquisition of APP Group by a global IT services provider Ness Technologies and became a private investor. He started discussions with NRH's founders in the first half of 2001, joined as an angel investor in 2002 and now serves as the CTO.

Jeffrey Finch

Jeff's education includes a BS in Accounting from Towson University in Towson, Maryland, USA and a MBA from the University of Baltimore. Jeff started his career working in 1993 with PageNet, the worlds largest wireless messaging company in the 1990´s, and after 2 progressive roles was promoted to Accounting Manager. In 1998 he moved to Black & Decker, a US based designer and importer of power tools and accessories, hardware and home improvement, and technology based fastening systems. He worked in various Finance and Controlling roles supporting Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Commercial operations with progressive responsibilities in the USA and EMEA. Prior to joining Netretail Holding as CFO, he served as Finance Director EMEA at Black & Decker. Jeff is married and has two children.

Jitka Dvorakova

Jitka graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Economics in Prague and after three progressive sales positions in Czech Republic and Switzerland, she became in 1992 the General Manager of ITO Inc´s daughter company in Prague. Japanese ITO Incorporated was an exclusive agent of Matshushita (Panasonic) in the Czech and Slovak Republics during the initial and fast developing market period of Consumer Electronics. Under her management the company grew to 150 employees. She created and developed distribution, sales and service network in both countries, established and operated its own retail chain and concluded several regional distribution joint ventures. In 2000 Jitka joined Royal Philips Electronics as Marketing Manager for Eastern Europe. In 2005 she was promoted to Senior Business Manager for Consumer Electronics in Central and Eastern Europe covering over 22 countries. In 2007 she became the first female General Manager in the history of Philips Consumer Electronics and responsible for Central & Eastern Europe. After the merger of Small Domestic Appliances Division with Consumer Electronics into Consumer Lifestyle Sector of Philips, Jitka was appointed as as Senior Marketing Director for 26 countries of Central/Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Since April 2010 she has been Chief of Sales in NRH. Married with two sons. She speaks English, French, Italian and Russian.

Oldrich Petranek

After graduating from the University of Economics in Prague in 2002, he started working in retail for Schwarz (Lidl), where he worked as Picking Manager, CZ Administration Manager and eventually CZ/SK HR Manager. In 2005 he moved to Tengellmann (Plus-Discount) as CZ Logistics Manager, later Operations Manager with responsibility for sales, expansion, building department and technical purchase, leading about 1.500 employees. In 2008, Plus-Discount was sold to REWE and Oldrich was responsible for the integration of the sales department of Plus Discount with Penny Market (more than 160 markets with 3.000 employees). Since 2009 he has been working as COO for NRH. Oldrich is married and has one child. He speaks fluent German and English.

Petr Kral

Petr has lived and studied for two years in the UK. Just after he returned in 1996, he was the very first employee of the first Czech e-shop "Vltava.cz" and he has been working in this area ever since. During his time with Internet Shops (1996 - 2004) he was responsible for new range of products, later on for the marketing of the company. He was a project manager for, at the time unique, project of selling mp3 music legally. In 1999 it was only the second MP3 store in Europe of its kind. Petr took a break between 2004 - 2006 (mainly traveling). In 2006 he moved to Prague and started at NRH as a product manager of BileZbozi.cz, later as marketing manager.
Petr speaks fluent English and is single.

Simon Turner

Simon has extensive experience in international retail, marketing, sales and general management in a variety of roles in the electrical markets. He served as the Managing Director of Philips in the UK and Ireland until 1999. He then joined DSG International Plc where he was Group Managing Director of PC World, and all PC City operations in Europe, as well as being responsible for the service business of the Group; he also chaired their pan-european internet business and was a SB director of Pixmania. Until 2008, Simon was the Group Purchasing Director of DSG International Plc, managing GBP 5B of purchasing. He now serves in NRH as a non-executive director and Chairman of the SB.
