The founder Netretail Holding and its main visionary. Ondrej went through most of the positions in the company and brought the company to its present position as the CEO. In 2003 he was elected a vice-president of the board of directors of the Association for Electronic Commerce in the Czech Republic. Twice a finalist in Deloitte&Touche’s contest Enterpreneur of the Year, also elected as the 2007 Prague winner.



Together with Ondrej Fryc he was at the birth of Netretail Holding as one of the company founders. He is in charge of all financial operations. He is renowned for his rigid and conservative approach to accounting rules. He introduced IFRS standards to Netretail and fights for every penny for the shareholders.



Steffen has extensive experience in international business development for technology-driven companies. He built up the consulting division of a leading software company to an international scale and has a solid expertise of US and European M&A markets. Steffen Mittelstädt is in charge of the group’s business development.



One of the first entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic after the fall of the communist regime, Eduard has built up a large software company APP Group with subsidiaries in several countries. It was acquired by Ness Technologies (NASDAQ: NSTC) in 2002 and Eduard joined Netretail as an early-stage investor. In contrary to his proclamations of “no executive role anymore, please”, he fell for the Netretail business shortly afterwards and is now leading IT and operations.
